ECONOMIC EMPOWERMENT
WO-BE-CO is at the backbone of empowering women to help them prepare for the world of work and entrepreneurship. WO-BE-CO proudly operates the DRESSING ROOM, a clothing resource for women entering or re-entering the workforce. Women who are not able to purchase clothing, shoes, and accessories suitable for a professional working environment are serviced through donations from generous supporters. WO-BE-CO members volunteer their time to operate the DRESSING ROOM. We believe that by supporting women with the resources they need, we empower them for success in jobs, careers, and business opportunities.

EDUCATIONAL & SCHOLASTIC EMPOWERMENT
For more than 55 years, WO-BE-CO has been at the forefront of empowering women, children and families through mentoring and scholastic support. We offer competitive scholarships in honor of our co-founders, the late Cardrienne P. Griffin (CPG) and the late James M. Griffin. The competition and awards are administered by College Bound.

CIVIC & HEALTH EMPOWERMENT
Our Civic and Health Initiative is to always stand for truth in our communities and in our country. We work side by side with other organizations to take senior citizens to the polls to empower our community by raising awareness about voter education and health concerns (such as, breast cancer, stroke, diabetes) impacting individuals and families.
